Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Administrator to support our Residential Structural Team. This role provides administrative and project support to ensure the efficient delivery of deliverables. This role acts as a bridge between the structural team and clients by supporting day-to-day operations.

This is a 1-year contract position, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. Working hours are 11am to 7pm EST.

Responsibilities

Upload structural deliverables to all clients
Intake and import project requests across different platforms
Ensure internal and external platforms are updated upon uploads of documents to clients
Communicate to internal teams when client updates, requests, or documents are received
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of documents or responses
Support various administrative or data entry tasks as needed

Qualifications And Skills

At least 1 year of data entry and/or project administration experience
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Good time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with different CRMs such as Dynamics 365 is an asset but not required
Comfortable learning and navigating new platforms
